Nose: Very aromatic nose palette, soft citrus aromas such as pink grapefruit, kumquat softened by a very thin flavour of agastache (hummingbird mint)
Mouth: Fresh, sharp, tensed and at the same time enveloping; a discreet return of the fruit at the end.

Eye: Clear, luminous, brillant, pale peach colour
with herbs and spices, a flower-tart of mediterranean vegetables, roasted artichokes on an unctuous purée, vegetable Shakshuka, Pesto club sandwich, Tofu pad Thaï.
